Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals.
Create original and engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to messages and engaging with followers.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and optimize campaigns.
Stay ahead of social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Plan and execute paid social campaigns for maximum ROI.
Coordinate with influencers and KOLs to amplify brand presence.
Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends for actionable insights.

Additional Information

Experience: 1-2 years in social media management.
Salary: Hike depends on your current CTC.
