We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer skilled in designing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing ad performance to enhance brand presence across the US market.

Requirements and skills:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn, with a focus on US markets.
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and engagement on all channels for consistent brand communication.
• Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Coordinate public relations activities and stay updated on platform-specific trends to drive campaign success.

Paid Advertising (Meta Ads):

• Design, launch, and manage targeted Meta ad campaigns to improve brand visibility and conversions in the US market.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Performance Analytics:

• Track and analyze social media metrics regularly, providing monthly reports with insights for strategy improvement.
• Assess campaign performance through key metrics to inform data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut for content creation and editing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Competence in Google and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
