Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, video, and HTML) for all social media channels.
• Schedule and manage posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the social media manager to develop social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
• Community Engagement:
• Interact with users, respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Foster relationships with key influencers and industry professionals.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and drive strategy adjustments.
• Campaign Management:
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional campaign execution.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms.
• Maintain and enhance the brand voice and image through all social media interactions.
• Crisis Management:
• Monitor social media channels for potential issues and manage crisis communication as needed.
• Work with the communications team to address any negative publicity or comments.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content.
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to align strategies and messaging.
