We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team at Basari Group. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to attract and retain a loyal audience.

Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Run paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.).

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency in using social media management tools.

Ability to analyze data and track campaign performance.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
