Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through digital media and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (including text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Video editing: 1 year (Required)
• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Digital marketing (Preferred)
