Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.

• Create and curate compelling and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that aligns with each client's brand identity.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and audience sentiment to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions to build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and achieve client objectives.
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique content ideas.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
