Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our digital presence by creating, curating, and scheduling content across platforms while contributing to our broader marketing efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our content aligns with the brand voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to generate engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that reflects our brand.

? Content Curation: Curate user-generated content and relevant external material that resonates with our audience.

? Scheduling & Posting: Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

? Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner, fostering community interaction.

? Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media campaigns, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements for increasing engagement.

? Marketing Support: Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to achieve goals.

? Stay Updated: Keep up with trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements:

? 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

? Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

? Basic understanding of design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro)

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
