Job Description

Zenquest Digital is seeking a dynamic and proactive Social Media & Outreach Specialist to enhance our brand presence across social media channels, connect with potential clients, and drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of content creation skills, social media management expertise, and outreach abilities. This individual will play a critical role in boosting our online visibility and driving meaningful client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation for Social Media
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for Zenquest Digital's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design graphics, write copy, and produce multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
• Keep abreast of current trends to ensure content is relevant and timely.
• Social Media Communications Management
• Actively monitor and manage social media communications, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from prospects and clients.
• Build relationships with followers, clients, and potential leads by addressing questions, providing information, and nurturing engagement.
• Cold Outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and Other Platforms
• Strategically identify and reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other social channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop personalized messaging that resonates with target audiences and encourages positive engagement.
• Improve Engagement & Traction on Social Media
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, follower growth, and engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms.
• Analyze engagement metrics to understand what drives interaction and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Generate Booked Meetings with Potential Clients
• Work proactively on outreach campaigns to convert cold leads into warm prospects and generate booked meetings with potential clients.
• Track the progress of outreach efforts, optimizing messages and approaches based on response rates and success metrics.
• Generate Booked Meetings with Potential Prospects
• Engage with and qualify inbound leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to the point of setting up meetings with the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from engagement to booked meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital engagement strategies.
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for compelling content and visuals.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Experience with email marketing and cold outreach techniques.
• Ability to track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize social media strategies.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in lead generation or sales support roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
