About Ajavu Tech House: Located in the bustling area of Jayanagar 5th Block, Ajavu Tech House is a startup focused on providing cutting-edge digital solutions. We are currently looking to enhance our marketing team with a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist who possesses a creative flair and a fresh, innovative approach to social media campaigns.

: We are seeking a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to grow our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be a fresh thinker capable of crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Oversee design (i.e., social media graphics for ads, Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
• Compile reports showing results (ROI).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
