We are a rapidly growing startup in the women's wellness and fitness industry, looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a monthly social media calendar, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing
• Shoot and edit social media content, including photos and videos, to ensure high-quality visuals
• Post content on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Create monthly reports on social media performance, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
• Work from Koramangala studio, meet the team and drive it.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for fitness and a deep understanding of our target audience
