Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor, respond to, and interact with followers and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule and post content across different social media platforms.
Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content and performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
• Understanding of the latest trends and features on various social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (a plus).
