Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the political objectives, messaging, and target audience. 2. Create compelling and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to support the organization\'s political agenda. 3. Maintain and manage social media profiles and accounts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. 4. Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster online discussions to build a strong and engaged online community. 5. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, when necessary, to reach a wider audience and promote key messages. 6. Regularly monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies based on insights. 7. Develop and implement crisis communication plans for handling negative feedback, controversies, or crises on social media platforms. 8. Collaborate with other members of the communications and marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels. 9. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to political advertising and social media, ensuring all content complies with legal requirements. 10. Prepare and present reports on social media performance and campaign results to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a political or advocacy setting. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and edit multimedia content. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly. Knowledge of political processes and issues (preferred). Crisis management skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Familiarity with social media management tools and advertising platforms.
