We\'re on the hunt for a Social Media Executive, with a knack for personal branding and an in-depth understanding of the LinkedIn platform, to become an integral part of our vibrant team. As a LinkedIn Personal Branding Specialist, your mission will be to sculpt and refine the professional identities of our diverse clientele. You\'ll be crafting engaging LinkedIn posts, managing interactive engagements, sparking impactful conversations, and deploying tailored branding strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and share persuasive, meticulously researched LinkedIn content in sync with our clients\' professional voice and evolving industry trends.
• Manage engaging social media activities, promptly responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a professional fashion.
• Stimulate substantive interactions with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential collaborators to bolster our clients\' brand visibility and credibility.
• Interpret social media analytics to measure the efficacy of our branding strategies, adjust as needed, and effectively communicate findings to clients.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge personal branding strategies and social media trends to ensure our clients\' brands stay competitive and relevant.
• Team up with colleagues to devise a unified, personalized branding strategy for each client.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year\'s experience in personal branding, public relations, or related field.
• Outstanding writing skills, with proficiency in adapting to varied styles and tones.
• Robust understanding of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, and proven experience in social media management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster and maintain connections.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
• Capacity to juggle multiple clients and projects concurrently.

In this role, you\'ll work closely with our Founder Kuldeep Gera, a recognized LinkedIn influencer with over 13,500 followers. Please note: This is strictly a full-time, onsite role.
