JobDesignation:Social Media Executive Responsibilities: • Conceptualizing, planning, executing and driving engagement across all our social mediaplatformsincludingFacebook, Instagram, Twitter,YouTube, etc. • Prepare social media planner for various industries social media pages like Insurance,Manufacturing,Ecommerce,Hotels,etc. • Can develop, implement, track and optimize our social media marketing campaigns across all ourowned digitalchannels. • Work closely with Design team & get the art work done from them as per the project & clientrequirement. • Community moderation, including answering comments and questions, prompting furtherengagement, following up on issues, and maintaining community standards. Conflictmanagementandcrisismanagementwhennecessary. • Utilize platform-specific and third party social media tracking and analytics tools and providereportingonkeysocialmedia metrics. • Track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness and continuously optimize to drivebetterresults • Candidates should be social media crazy, deep thinker & visualizer.
