Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Instagram Stories & Content Creation:
• Craft visually appealing and engaging Instagram Stories that educate, inform, and drive lead generation for the sales team.
• Plan and schedule weekly story topics to keep followers captivated, informed, and engaged.
• Community Engagement:
• Manage Instagram DMs, responding to inquiries and comments to foster engagement and generate leads.
• Actively reply to comments on posts, building a welcoming, interactive online community.
• Content Creation:
• Develop and share creative content, including memes, news updates, and trending posts to boost engagement.
• Post relevant industry news, company updates, and exciting content to maintain strong connections with followers.
• Social Media Updates:
• Regularly update the Instagram Broadcast Channel with the latest news, promotions, and engaging content.
• Ensure Google Location is updated with new admits, business information, and updates.
• Cross-Platform Content Strategy:
• Create and post content regularly on LinkedIn to build a professional presence and expand brand reach.
• Oversee the YouTube account, creating video content that aligns with Instagram Reels and drives engagement across platforms.
• Testimonials & Webinars:
• Curate and post customer testimonials on the website to strengthen brand credibility and social proof.
• Assist with the promotion and execution of bi-monthly webinars, enhancing audience engagement and education.
• Instagram Live Sessions:
• Host and promote bi-weekly Instagram Live sessions to connect with followers, foster engagement, and amplify brand visibility.
• Lead Generation & Sales Team Collaboration:
• Drive lead generation through engaging content and direct interactions on Instagram.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies, ensuring content drives leads and supports business growth.
• Video Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality, engaging videos for Instagram and YouTube, including Reels, Stories, and Shorts, to increase audience engagement and reach.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills and Qualifications):

1. Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing Instagram and creating engaging content.

2. Content Creation: Skills in designing Instagram Stories, Reels, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva).

3. Community Engagement: Experience in managing DMs, comments, and fostering audience interaction.

4. Video Editing: Ability to create and edit short, engaging videos for Instagram and YouTube.

5. Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with social media analytics to track and improve performance.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:

1. LinkedIn Marketing: Experience in building a professional brand presence on LinkedIn.

2. Webinar Coordination: Basic experience in promoting and organizing webinars or live sessions.

3. Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and adapt to social media trends.

4. Google My Business Management: Experience in updating Google Locations or similar platforms.

5. Study Abroad Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with education consultancy or international study trends.
