Job Description

Experience: 1-3 year

Location: Gurugram (Work from office)

Salary: Hike on last ctc

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos).

Write catchy captions and use relevant hashtags to maximize reach.

Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to DMs/comments.

Monitor trends and platform updates to stay relevant and competitive.

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare reports.

Coordinate with design, content, and ad teams for campaign execution.

Assist with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience managing social media for brands.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Familiar with tools like Canva.

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team
