Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative social media content strategies to increase followers and boost engagement across platforms.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) tailored to each social media platform.
• Manage and monitor the company's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to produce visually appealing posts and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to optimize social media performance.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in developing content strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content performance.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• Content creation strategy: 4 years (Preferred)
