Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager with at least 6 months of experience in managing social media clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategies, including the creation and management of content calendars, as well as experience working with Food Tech Industry. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of social media campaigns, client communication, and delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day communication with social media clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content is aligned with the client's brand and marketing goals.
• Monitor and track the performance of social media campaigns, including those on food tech platforms, and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
• Develop strategies for social media growth and engagement based on client goals and market trends.
• Work with clients to understand their objectives and provide creative solutions for social media campaigns.
• Respond to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns and projects.
• Ensure social media content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for platform-specific requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and look for opportunities to upsell services or expand campaigns.
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months of experience in account management, specifically with social media clients.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and running campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media Food Tech platforms, and an understanding of how to leverage these platforms for business growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
