About the Role: We are searching for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between six months and one year of experience in managing social media platforms, crafting engaging content, and enhancing online presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily management of social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Create compelling and imaginative content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to target audiences.
• Design professional graphics using Canva for social media campaigns, posts, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms to boost audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using platform insights and analytics tools; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep strategies current and effective.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva for designing graphics and content.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
