Requirements for Social media handling person: 1. Social Media Platforms Expertise : Deep understanding of major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) including their algorithms, best practices, and trends. 2. Content Creation : Ability to create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to different platforms and target audiences. 3. Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize strategies based on insights. 4. Strategic Thinking : Capacity to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and business objectives. 5. Community Management : Skill in fostering and engaging online communities, handling customer queries, and managing brand reputation. 6. Advertising : Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) and ability to create and manage ad campaigns effectively. 7. Creativity : Innovative mindset to brainstorm and implement new ideas that resonate with the target audience. 8.
