Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads

to drive lead generation and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage

Google Ads

campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) Run and optimize

Meta Ads

campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance metrics such as

CPL

,

CTR

, and

ROAS

Set up and manage

conversion tracking

via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel Create high-performing audiences using interests, behaviors, and lookalike strategies Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies Collaborate with the design team to develop effective ad creatives Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends

Requirements

2-3 years of

hands-on experience

with Meta and Google Ads campaigns Proficiency with

Facebook Ads Manager

and

Google Ads Dashboard

Working knowledge of

GA4

,

Google Tag Manager

, and

Meta Pixel

Experience in

lead generation

campaigns (SaaS industry experience is a plus) Strong skills in

Excel/Google Sheets

for campaign tracking and reporting Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
