Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary range: 20,000 INR - 25,000 INR

We are seeking a Social Media Executive with a flair for creativity, content planning, and trend-following to handle various social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and eye-catching content concepts that resonate with our target audience across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with overall marketing strategies.

Plan, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

Trend Following:

Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Implement trending topics and themes into social media strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

Concept Creation:

Generate innovative and eye-catching content concepts that align with Lenditt's brand identity.

Collaborate with design and content teams to bring creative ideas to life through visuals, videos, and other engaging formats.

Engagement and Interaction:

Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Monitor social media channels for user-generated content and opportunities for engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, engagement levels, and growth.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for social media platforms and a keen interest in digital trends.

Strong creativity and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
