We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Engagement Officer to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our products and services.
• Problem Solving: Address customer issues and resolve them efficiently, escalating to higher teams if necessary.
• Communication: Provide customers with updates on new products, services, and promotional offers.
• Database Management: Keep customer records updated and organized.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
