• Content creation : Researching, brainstorming, and creating content for social media pages
• Content management : Ensuring that content is consistent with the company's values and messaging
• Content optimization : Repurposing and optimizing content for different platforms
• Community management : Engaging with users by responding to comments and messages, and giving shoutouts to people who share content or tag the company's accounts
• Social media advertising : Creating social media advertisements
• Social media trends : Staying up to date with social media trends and best practices
• Brand reputation : Managing the brand's online reputation
• Customer sentiment : Monitoring customer sentiment across social channels
