The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns, with a strong understanding of the international market. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for engaging with our audience to enhance our brand presence globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and feedback.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends in the international market.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and foster community interaction.
• Assist in the development of paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Experience with international markets and understanding of global social media trends.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the luxury jewelry or fashion industry.
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and automation tools.

Location Preference:

• Candidates from Surat or nearby locations are preferred.
