Social Media Executive

•Location •: IN -OFFICE (at Iskcon cross road, Ahmedabad)
•Job Type •: Full-Time (10 am - 7 pm, Mon-Sat)

•Role Overview: • We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our content reaches and resonates with our target market.

•Key Responsibilities •:

• Content Management:

1. Schedule and upload posts, stories, events, and other content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business.
2. Coordinate with the graphic designer to ensure visually appealing and brand -consistent content.
3. Monitor social media trends and update content strategy accordingly.

• Engagement:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages (DMs), and other interactions on all social media platforms.
2. Foster a positive and engaging community environment.
3. Manage and moderate discussions in social media groups and forums.

• Analytics & Reporting:

1. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
2. Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and other key metrics.
3. Use data insights to inform future social media strategies.

• Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
2. Collaborate with other departments to highlight company events, new product launches, and other important updates.

• Customer Support:

1. Address customer inquiries and issues raised on social media promptly and efficiently.
2. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department while maintaining clear communication with the customer.

• Stay Updated:

1. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and the beauty industry.
2. Participate in relevant webinars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance social media skills.

•Requirements: •

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Passion for the beauty industry, particularly microblading and permanent makeup, is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
