Job Brief:-

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to plan and manage our company's social media campaigns and help us build our brand and the ones we work with.

You should be a creative individual who can produce witty and engaging content for our social media pages. Besides, you should be well-versed in social media ad creation and management to ensure the success of our campaigns.

To excel in this role, you should be updated with the latest trends and design a strategy to take advantage of the same.

Responsibilities:-

. Setting Social Media Calendars, keeping in mind important days

. Maintain aesthetics of the Instagram Gird

. Planning, scheduling and posting content

. Ideate and come up with new ad ideas, campaign ideas, topics to touch and posts

. Research on important/festive days and how it could be used for the brand

. Monitoring the performance of posts to see what type of content performs better for a particular brand

. Stay up to date with what's trending on digital platforms.

. Research on competitors and how to use it to a brands advantage

. Collaborating with colleagues to understand briefs

. Writing posts under supervision

. Planning mood boards and listing ideas before photo/video shoots and making sure its executed

. Monitoring social media metrics and reporting it to the management

. Performing other tasks related to our brand's social media presence, as required

. Taking part in brainstorming sessions

. Liaising with other marketing activities

. Assisting with office administration

Required Skill Set:-

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, advertising, PR, or Business

. Experience in an office-based work environment

. Expert knowledge of all social media platforms especially Instagram and Facebook

. Excellent written and oral communication skills

. Brilliant creativity

. Knowledge of basic design tools like photoshop and lightroom

. Knowledge of Canva

. Attention to detail

. Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

. Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
