Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies. They will be responsible for content creation, social media strategy, and interacting with followers to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Monitor social media channels , respond to customer queries, and engage with the audience to build strong community relationships.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to improve content performance and adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content writers, designers, marketing) to maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social platforms to keep the company ahead in the social media space.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote posts, increase followers, and drive website traffic.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Content creation skills (writing, basic graphic design, and video editing).
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies for optimal performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with followers professionally.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box for content ideas.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management.
Salary: 15000-20000
