Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and shareable content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand messaging.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics to gauge performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and tools.
• Manage social media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and giveaways to boost engagement and reach.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the company's online presence.
• Monitor competitors' social media activities and suggest improvement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong knowledge of the key social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to create compelling content, with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience with paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, including tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
