Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver social media communications that support key organizational priorities.
2. Support the delivery of paid and organic social campaigns focusing on fundraising, brand, service marketing, volunteering, and influencing.
3. Manage paid social media budgets and advertising spending effectively.
4. Develop and grow the organization's established social media channels, in particular Instagram.
5. Compose social media messaging in support of defined objectives and activity.
6. Schedule social posts on a weekly basis using Sensible.
7. Monitor social media activity to maintain an awareness of emerging trends and reputational risk, engaging with audiences where appropriate.
8. Support with responding to social media inquiries and messages.
9. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Digital Content Officer to create and adapt multimedia content for social.
10. Test, measure, and evaluate social media activity using UTMs, Google Analytics, and other insight tools.
