About the Job

The steadily blooming team of Organic Monk LLP is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and help drive our social media presence to new heights. At Organic Monk we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work.

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Ad Campaign Management
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient allocation of spend
• Content Creation & Scheduling
• Create engaging social media content (including copy, images, videos, stories, reels, and posts) tailored to specific platforms.
• Schedule posts, manage content calendars, and ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone across all platforms.
• Collaborate with content craters and other teams to maintain a unified brand presence.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation
• Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
• Optimize audience targeting strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right audience for maximum engagement.
• Social Media Strategy & Innovation
• Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve
• Recommend innovative approaches, creative formats, and new platforms for expanding reach and engagement.
• Community Management & Engagement
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and feedback, responding as needed to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with the community management team to ensure timely and effective interaction with followers.
• Generate ROI
• Assaying the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy relating to strategic sins and making recommendations for advancements.
• Setting Key performance pointers( KPIs) for social media campaigns, similar to targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign performance against the KPIs.
• Using social media marketing tools to produce and maintain the company's brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Optimization Executive or similar role.
• Proven experience managing and running paid social media advertising campaigns, especially on meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Buffer and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and produce compelling content.
• Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) are desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary: Rs. 15,000- 30,000 per month
