Job Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms, developing strategies to engage with our audience, and driving brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy : Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
• Content Creation & Curation : Create and curate engaging and relevant content (graphics, videos, blog posts, etc.) for social media platforms, ensuring content is on-brand and engaging for the audience.
• Community Engagement : Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to continuously optimize content and strategies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Influencer Collaboration : Identify and work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and drive engagement.
• Advertising : Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive specific goals such as leads, sales, or traffic.
• Brand Voice : Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content aligns with the company's messaging, mission, and values.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Social Media Platforms : Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
