• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) regularly to drive audience engagement and grow the social media follower base.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, brand mentions, and relevant discussions, engaging with users to build a strong online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Run social media advertising campaigns, track their effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and trends to implement in strategies.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creatives, graphics, and video content for social media.
• Handle social media queries and feedback, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Collaborate with influencers and other brand advocates for partnerships, campaigns, and content co-creation.
• Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and engagement activities
