• Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging.
• Track and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, features, and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media presence.
• Assist in managing and growing social media communities and followers.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and contests.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to contribute to content creation.
• Stay organized and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Stay informed about current events and trending topics to leverage in social media content.
• Support the planning and execution of live events, webinars, or online initiatives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and shareable assets.
• Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and collaborations with relevant influencers or partners.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on social media platform algorithms and advertising options.
• Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance and campaign results.
• Assist with any other social media-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
