- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging.
- Track and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, features, and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media presence.
- Assist in managing and growing social media communities and followers.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and contests.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to contribute to content creation.
- Stay organized and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Stay informed about current events and trending topics to leverage in social media content.
- Support the planning and execution of live events, webinars, or online initiatives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and shareable assets.
- Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and collaborations with relevant influencers or partners.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on social media platform algorithms and advertising options.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance and campaign results.
- Assist with any other social media-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
