Role Description As a Social Media Manager at Red Dash Media, you\'ll work closely with our team to help develop, implement, and execute social media strategies and campaigns for our clients. You\'ll be responsible for creating content, managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media analytics to continuously optimise campaigns to deliver the best results for our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and GMB Manage social media accounts and respond to customer queries and comments in a timely and professional manner Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and track key metrics to improve the effectiveness of our social media campaigns Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, design, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns and measure their performance Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations for improvement Desired Qualification & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Good English communication is must Minimum experience of 2 years in Social Media role Experience in creating and implementing social media strategies and campaigns Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Job Type: Full Time, On site Timings: 10 AM to 6:45 PM Working days: Mon to Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off) Expected Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 25,000/-
