Job Title: Social Media Executive

Position Overview:
The Social Media/Brand Executive will be responsible for increasing lead volumes via paid social channels and directly supporting & managing and maintaining advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. Manage content creation, scheduling, and analytics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
Floor Handling/Inspection:
Oversee the production floor to ensure that brand standards are met in terms of quality and presentation. Conduct regular inspections and work with production teams to resolve any issues promptly.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform brand strategies and positioning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field;
• Strong expertise in social media marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in client relations and negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage floor operations and ensure quality standards.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics software.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
