Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling social media posts and campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Implement social media contests, giveaways, and promotions to drive user participation.

Must Have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation and analytics.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A passion for staying up-to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
