Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories, and ads) across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages promptly, and build a strong community.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and improve strategies.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ROI.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media executive or similar role.
• Expertise in using social media platforms and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience behavior.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
