Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The Social Media Specialist will develop strategies to build brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive website traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, stories, and updates across platforms.
• Monitor trends and identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Content Creation & Curation:
• Create original, high-quality, and engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) tailored to each platform's audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging, campaigns, and promotional objectives.
• Curate and share relevant content from other sources to maintain a balanced content mix.
• Community Engagement & Customer Service:
• Actively engage with followers, answer questions, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and nurture relationships with online communities and influencers to foster brand loyalty.
• Monitor brand mentions and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or issues.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
• Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve social media strategies.
• Collaboration & Campaign Support:
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, etc.) to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Coordinate with external influencers, partners, and agencies to amplify content and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate original and engaging content.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
• Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is a bonus.
