Proven experience (2-3+ years) in branding and social media design, preferably in the field of events and experiences and a portfolio that extensively shows your work in these areas.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for community engagement.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for building a community of people and fostering connections through storytelling.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop innovative and eye-catching visual content (graphics, animations, videos) tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to promote upcoming community events and initiatives.
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and events team to conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and event objectives.
Community Engagement: Understand and monitor social media channels/activities, Actively engage with our online community to cultivate a positive and an interactive digital presence.
LIVE Event Key Observations: Attend and document community events through live coverage on social media as and when needed, capturing key moments and interactions to share in real-time. It also includes identifying gaps and insights that help us further at work.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
