SOCIAL MEDIA CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE QUALIFICATION: GRADUATION SKILS: FLUENT IN ENGLISH JOB LOCATION: HILITE BUSINESS PARK, CALICUT SALARY: 10000/- To 13000/- SHIFT: NIGHT SHIFT TIME: 5.30PM to 2.30AM JOB TYPES: Full-time, Permanent, and Fresher Responsibilities:
- Chatting with customer
- Customer support.
- Understand the customer needs & sales.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment at office.
- A bachelor\'s degree in administration or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of sales skills is preferable.
