Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Creator to join our digital marketing team. This role requires a strong background in Social Media Optimization (SMO) , content creation , and organic marketing tactics . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for developing engaging content (including reels , graphics, videos, and written posts) and driving social media growth across multiple platforms. A focus on strategy development for social media growth and the ability to create content that resonates with our audience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement, grow the brand's online presence, and drive traffic across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Content Creation: Create visually compelling, engaging, and on-brand content, including social media posts, videos, reels, infographics, and stories tailored to each platform's audience and format.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO): Optimize social media profiles, posts, hashtags, and other content elements to improve organic reach and enhance user engagement.
• Reel Making & Video Content: Produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos, including reels and stories, that align with current trends and drive user interaction.
• Organic Marketing Tactics: Implement and optimize organic growth strategies, including influencer partnerships, user-generated content, community engagement, and collaborations to build a loyal and engaged social media audience.
• Content Calendar & Scheduling: Plan, create, and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
• Audience Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media platforms, fostering a sense of community and encouraging brand loyalty.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, using social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.), and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, popular content formats, and platform algorithm changes to ensure that content remains fresh, relevant, and optimized.
• Collaborative Content Development: Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is aligned with the broader marketing strategy and brand goals.
• Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media strategy development and implementation across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) , including understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
• Strong experience in content creation , including reel-making , video editing, graphic design, and writing engaging copy.
• Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite , Buffer , Later ) and content scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of organic marketing techniques such as influencer outreach, user-generated content, and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights), and the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite , Canva , Final Cut Pro , Adobe Premiere Pro , etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to write compelling and on-brand copy.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging technologies, and platform features.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns and ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to social media.
• Background in branding and storytelling to enhance the emotional connection with the audience.
• Experience in event promotion , live streaming , or other interactive social media formats.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
