We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to create, manage, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community management, and engagement strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms.
• Platform Management: Manage and oversee daily activity on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports on key insights and areas for improvement.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), strong written communication, and attention to detail.
