Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and building brand presence online. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will work closely with our digital marketing team to manage social media accounts, execute campaigns, and engage with audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
• Support in running social media ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad managers is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per year
