Overview: LuxuryKase is a premier e-commerce retailer specializing in luxury iPhone cases, dedicated to providing exceptional products and customer service. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Operations Coordinator. This role is crucial in managing our online presence across various social media platforms while also overseeing essential operational tasks related to inventory, purchasing, and supplier relations.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
• Customer Support:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via social media, email, and other channels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Operational Support:
• Assist in purchasing decisions and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain organized records and data related to suppliers, purchases, and inventory.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive operations.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• Experience in handling supplier relations and purchasing.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
