We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager cum Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in managing social media platforms and creating impactful content. This role demands someone with a deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and a creative mindset to craft engaging and user-generated content for both clients and our in-house marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies for both clients and in-house marketing.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and user-generated content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor trends, stay updated with algorithm changes, and incorporate them into strategies for better performance and reach.
• Manage and execute both organic and paid marketing campaigns to meet business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and in-house departments to understand content needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop ad copy, visuals, and A/B testing strategies for running effective campaigns on various platforms.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and creativity, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a professional appeal.
• Stay updated on social media innovations, tools, and competitors to drive better outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in social media management and content creation.
• Expertise in running ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of organic marketing techniques and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficient in analyzing metrics, identifying key trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a focus on creating compelling content.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing content.
• Professional background with an understanding of client handling and marketing operations.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of photo and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
