Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Content creation and management:
a. Develop and create engaging content for clients' social media platforms, including posts, stories, and multimedia content
b. Generate innovative and relevant ideas for social media content to increase engagement and reach
c. Plan and manage content calendars for clients
2. Video production:
a. Create compelling video content for various social media platforms
b. Act or anchor in videos as needed to add a personal touch and connect with the audience
3. Research and strategy development: Conduct ongoing research to identify new trends, tools, and strategies in social media content
4. Interviews and podcasts:
a. Conduct interviews and host podcasts as an anchor
b. Research potential guests and prepare relevant questions to ensure insightful and engaging conversations
Key skills and qualifications:
1. On-camera presence
2. Fluency in language
3. Creative storytelling
4. Scriptwriting
5. Social media savvy: Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and trends to create content for each platform and maximize audience engagement
6. Adaptability
7. Collaborative skills
