Job Description

• Reel & Short-Form Video Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and post Reels and other short videos that align with our brand message and engage our audience.
• Content Ideation & Planning: Generate creative, original ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, and stories that are on-trend and aligned with our brand's voice.
• Social Media Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team to align content with campaign goals, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
• Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, new features, and popular content formats to keep our social presence fresh and relevant.
• Content Calendar Development: Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting to maximize engagement.
• Engagement Optimization: Use social media insights to understand what content resonates most with our audience and adjust future posts accordingly.
• Copywriting for Captions: Write compelling, on-brand captions and hashtags to maximize the reach and impact of posts.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, helping build a community around our brand.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
