Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and use insights to optimize campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
